Kingswood is looking to appoint an enthusiastic admissions professional to take a leadership position within our busy and successful Admissions and Marketing team. Based at Kingswood school, you will report to the Director of External Relations, acting as our first point of contact for families seeking to join the Kingswood community in Years 9-12 and for those international families joining from Year 7-12.

Ideally you are already a Registrar or Senior Admissions Manager, but for the right candidate, full training will be provided. Those with previous experiences in external facing roles in sales, marketing or business management, or with a proven record of exceptional organisational skills are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of a efficient, positive journey to join us; as well as a complete school roll, through the building and maintenance of the personal experience that families expect from Kingswood.

Days will be varied including:
– Managing the entire admissions process, working with our Lower School Registrar, Admissions Officer and assistants
– Overseeing and developing the Kingswood Admissions journey to ensure it continues to be best in market
– Tracking and reporting on the admissions pipeline, against agreed KPIs
– Managing the Visa process for joining pupils and families
– Acting as ambassador for Kingswood with visitors and at UK and international events.
