Marketing Officer

Required as soon as possible.

Bancroft’s, one of the country’s leading co-educational day schools, are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic candidate to join our Admissions and Marketing team. The successful candidate will immerse themselves in the world of digital marketing, brand management, publications, and market analysis.

In this new role, the Marketing Officer will have the opportunity to make an impact both externally and internally. By implementing strategic marketing initiatives, the post holder will play a pivotal part in elevating Bancroft’s reputation on a local and national scale. As the driving force behind our social media presence and digital content, the successful candidate will take the lead in shaping our school’s online identity.

Although prior experience in the education sector may be beneficial, it is not essential; we place a greater emphasis on your creative skills and innovative thinking. Our work environment is designed to foster support and collaboration, allowing you to broaden your knowledge and enhance your abilities.

We offer a generous benefits package, including a competitive salary, and have a commitment to supporting ongoing professional development for all of our staff.

Bancroft’s School creates a happy learning environment, where bright children are challenged and supported to become the best versions of themselves. Bancroft’s is committed to promoting a diverse and inclusive community – a place where we can all be ourselves and succeed on merit.

Bancroft’s is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Applicants are required to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the role, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). Bancroft’s may carry out online searches on shortlisted applicants and all applicants will be required to provide details of their online profile, including social media accounts, as part of their applications.

The post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
