Marketing Manager

Full-time or flexible Part-time would be considered

Based across two sites in Woking, Surrey

It is a hugely exciting time to join the newly formed Halstead St Andrew’s School – a partnership between Halstead Preparatory School and St. Andrew’s School that started welcoming pupils in September 2023. Our two partner schools are already well-known and well-loved within the local community, and we want to build on these strong foundations. Our new school aims to educate around 500 pupils from 2 – 16 years, and to enable them to develop their skills, talents, interests and potential to the full.

We are looking for an experienced marketing professional to join our team and both lead and execute our marketing strategy. Based across two school sites in Woking, just a short distance apart, this role reports directly to the Head and is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and creative marketing professional to help cement our brand, and position us as a school of the future for Woking and beyond.

We will look to you to lead our marketing and communications activities, and develop a robust marketing strategy that supports strong pupil growth as well as retention. Your strategy will be applied through the creation of strong digital campaigns, an exciting school website experience, social media accounts that tell our story and open days that bring our school to life for prospective parents.

You will have demonstrable experience in a similar role within a school, and independent sector experience is desirable. With a ‘data-first’ approach to decision making, you are comfortable with building and executing a marketing plan. As our brand guardian, you will have strong accuracy, thorough attention to detail and will ensure that our brand is understood by all stakeholders. Encouraging wider school colleagues to get excited about telling our story through strong marketing is also important, so a collaborative approach and relationship building skills are musts for this role.

In return, you will enjoy an excellent working environment and competitive salary in this thriving and highly regarded school.

Further details of the post together with an application pack can be obtained by contacting Dawn Adams: (Tel: 01483 760943).

Please ensure your response includes a covering letter, CV and completed application form.

Closing date for applications: Sunday 7th January 2024 at midnight.

Early applications are welcomed. We reserve the right to interview and appoint prior to the stated closing date.
