Marketing Manager

We are seeking a qualified marketing expert to support us in further developing our school’s reputation and success, ensuring we showcase the school’s breadth of activities and achievements. Ideally you will be available to join us from Mid October.

About the School
We are an independent day and flexible boarding school for girls and boys aged rising 3 to 13 years, nestled in the beautiful Kent countryside approximately an hour out of London.

We are a forward-thinking, passionate teaching community, enabling our children to make the absolute most of our stunning 50 acres of grounds, thoughtfully designed modern classrooms and superb facilities. Together with our parents, we have created a vibrant and compassionate community where our children happily thrive, reveal their inner talents and excel academically. About the Role
Accountable to the Headmaster, and working as part of the Upper School Office team, the Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and delivery of all our internal and external marketing activities clearly articulating our values, ethos and qualities. Through offline and digital channels, including social media, the Marketing Manager develops and manages the school’s profile and reach amongst current and prospective parents, alumni, the local community and local businesses. The Marketing Manager creates the school’s internal and external publications and promotional materials and pro-actively manages the marketing budget.

Hours of Work
9.00am to 5.30pm every day of the School term plus some additional hours during the school holidays (please see the job description for full details)
