Marketing and Events Manager

We are seeking a marketing and events manager to join a highly successful and growing school which has enjoyed significant expansion and growth in pupil numbers in recent years. Reporting to the headmaster, the role will lead the planning and implementation of effective marketing, customer relationship and engagement strategies for Claremont Fan Court School.
The marketing and events manager will be responsible for the planning and delivery of the school’s online and offline communication channels, developing publications, liaising with media, driving content and development of the website and digital advertising, They will ensure consistent and highly effective communications with current and prospective families and will work in close collaboration with the admissions team to manage and deliver the yearly calendar of on-site and online open events and feeder events.
The successful candidate will have the ability to thrive as a team player, be highly motivated and bring energy, drive, and initiative to achieve the school’s marketing goals. Applicants should be comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment and have excellent administration, communication, IT and interpersonal skills. An appreciation of the aims of independent education is important with experience in schools marketing an advantage, although we welcome applications from all backgrounds.
