An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a busy marketing and events function in a leading independent school in the heart of Harrogate. The position is suited to a person who thrives in an environment where no two days are the same.

You will be the kind of person who is passionate about communicating, marketing and above all you will be highly organised and able to multi-task as this is a busy administrative role. You will enjoy ensuring events run smoothly and working behind the scenes, including preparing materials and information. If you are interested in working in lively surroundings with children aged 2-18 then this could be the new role for you.

This is a customer-facing role with prospective pupils and parents and so you should be well presented, positive and responsive. In addition, you should have an excellent attention to detail with strong IT skills and experience of working with databases.

The hours of the role are from either: 8.00am until 5.00pm or 8.30am until 5.30pm, Mondays to Fridays, with some evening or weekend working when Marketing events take place.

Experience of a marketing and/or events role would be desirable but not essential.
