Marketing and Communications Officer

Oxford High School is looking for a Marketing and Communications Officer to support the development and implementation of our new marketing strategy.
This is an exciting new opportunity for a dynamic individual with a can-do attitude who is looking for an opportunity to develop and implement marketing campaigns to support pupil recruitment and retention. You will be able to use data to help evaluate marketing activity and inform the best approach. You will also have a flair for creating engaging and relevant content which will showcase why we were recently awarded ‘Independent Girls School of the Year’.

You will have experience planning and implementing marketing campaigns which support broader organisational goals. With an eye for a good story, you will identify opportunities and create and distribute relevant and engaging content to a range of audiences to support our objectives and key messaging. You will also be comfortable evaluating the activity to assess impact.

As an integral part of the Marketing, Admissions and Communications team you will enjoy working as part of a team but will be comfortable working independently and taking initiative to identify solutions and improvements.
