Marketing and Communications Manager

The External Relations Team seeks an energetic and proactive Marketing and Communications Manager to lead the Marketing Team into the next exciting recruitment phase at Oakham School.

Responsible for driving dynamic and eye-catching campaigns and writing concise and engaging copy, the successful candidate will work to raise awareness of the School and our ethos and considerable successes to drive admissions locally, regionally, nationally and internationally. They are also responsible for leading a team of three marketing and communication professionals.

Reporting to and deputising for the Director of External Relations, the Marketing and Communications Manager will devise and deliver creative marketing content, manage advertising campaigns, identify and write news content, be an initial point of contact for media enquiries and regularly provide a comprehensive evaluation of the activity ensuring a good ROI and value for money.
