Marketing & Admissions Manager

Term time – 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 5 hours per day, plus 5 weeks of flexible working throughout the school holidays 

September 2024 start with one week handover in late June / July

The Marketing and Admissions Manager will oversee all aspects of St Margaret’s Prep marketing and admissions activities. The post holder will be responsible for developing and delivering outstanding marketing and pupil recruitment and retention strategies at St Margaret’s and ensuring that they are aligned with the school’s vision, values and strategic priorities.
The Marketing and Admissions Manager will work closely with the Admissions and Marketing Teams at St Mary’s Calne, under the direction of the Director of External Relations, to strengthen both schools’ overall standing and reputation with all key stakeholders.

The salary for this position is in the region of £33,300 – £35,500 FTE (approx £26,100 – £27,850 pro rated, for 36 term time weeks per year plus 5 holiday weeks, inclusive of statutory holiday pay).
