We have an excellent opportunity for a committed Head of Marketing to join an established, fast-paced department. You will develop and implement the marketing strategy to promote a compelling image and reputation amongst the School’s key stakeholders. You will work with the Head and Senior Leadership at the Prep and Senior Schools to provide marketing expertise and support to achieve the School’s goals. You will lead the Marketing Team to manage the development and delivery of all online and offline marketing activity, including the school website, social media, marketing literature, advertising, events and PR. You and your team will work effectively with teaching and support staff colleagues to deliver a strong and consistent brand and messaging.

The successful candidate will have at least three years’ marketing experience, including two at management level. You will be able to demonstrate excellent project management skills and you will have a strong sense of design and visual interpretation of a brand.
Based at the Senior School in St Albans. This is a permanent position offered on a full-time basis, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Flexibility will be considered for the right candidate.
