 Salary: in the region of £70-80,000 per annum, depending upon skills and experience

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a senior marketing and communications professional to take a lead role in shaping a new vision and strategy for this ambitious and forward-thinking school.

Set amongst the stunning 120-acre grounds of Kimbolton Castle, Kimbolton School is a flourishing independent co-educational day and boarding school for over 1000 pupils aged 4 to 18. Located in Cambridgeshire, close to the borders of Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire, Kimbolton proudly ranks as one of The Sunday Times’ Top 10 Independent Secondary Schools in East Anglia 2022.

Reporting directly to the Headmaster, this is a pivotal new leadership role, responsible for developing and managing a cohesive school-wide strategy for marketing, communications and pupil recruitment.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker and creative communicator who is able to embrace the spirit of Kimbolton, reimagine its brand and raise the profile of the School nationally and internationally.

Strong internal and external communication skills will be essential to help nurture positive relationships with the School community and provide inspirational leadership for a committed marketing, communications and admissions team.
