Director of Marketing & Admissions

Bethany School is a thriving independent, boarding and day school for boys and girls aged 11-18 years. The school provides a successful learning environment with a reputation for high quality teaching and excellent pastoral care for its 350 pupils. Ideally situated within 60 acres of beautiful Kent countryside, the school is less than an hour from London, Dover and the Channel Tunnel.

This is a pivotal senior role for an experienced marketing professional, reporting directly to the Headmaster as a member of the senior management team.

The Director of Marketing and Admissions will develop and implement marketing and recruitment strategies to enhance the Bethany brand locally, nationally and internationally in support of the growth and development of the school.

This exciting position will likely suit a proven strategic marketing leader with a flair for delivering clear and distinctive communication programmes. The successful candidate will show drive, excellent interpersonal skills and empathy for the customer although previous schools’ experience is not necessary.
