(Fixed term contract September 2023 – August 2024)

Salary circa £28,000 depending on experience, plus benefits including generous contributory pension scheme, holiday allowance and life assurance.

We are seeking a Digital Marketing and Communications Officer for a period of maternity cover. The role builds on and enhances the School’s digital profile and its ability to communicate its mission and core values to a variety of different audiences.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with experience in digital marketing and a focus on content creation and development across all our communication channels. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, creative and passionate about visual communications and have experience with effectively using all social media platforms. It is essential that they are proficient in working with a CMS (for the School website), Adobe Suite and can create and produce high-quality video and photography. Also essential are strong copywriting and design skills, excellent project management skills, initiative, and good communication skills.

This is a full-time position based at the School site in St Albans. Flexibility is required to occasionally work outside the regular school day to cover key school events and activities. The School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
