Lancing College is one of the UK’s leading independent co-educational boarding and day schools for just over 600 pupils aged 13-18. Located in West Sussex, east of Worthing, the College stands in an impressive estate of some 550 acres. The Lancing family of schools also comprises prep schools in Worthing and Hove and Little Lancing, a Day Nursery and Forest School.

The College is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, energetic and ambitious individual to the post of Deputy Director of Admissions. Reporting to the Director of Admissions, this post is a new role in the Admissions team and is being introduced during an exciting period of growth and development for the College. The post holder will deputise for the Director of Admissions and work closely with her in making key pupil recruitment decisions and in shaping and developing the Admissions department. The Deputy Director of Admissions will lead a small team, including the recently appointed Admissions Manager.

The ideal candidate will be a passionate advocate for Lancing’s values and have a demonstrable track record in high-quality stakeholder engagement and relationship management gained within or outside the education sector.
