Assistant Registrar

Ashville College, Harrogate, is looking to appoint an Assistant Registrar join the Admissions Team.

The primary role will be to provide administrative support to the Admissions Team and will include involvement in all aspects of pupil recruitment from first enquiry to enrolment.

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level, highly numerate and be able to demonstrate that they are an effective multi-task administrator with excellent inter-personal skills and organisational skills. Having a flexible approach, being a quick learner and a can-do attitude are key requisites.

Competency and confidence in the use of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) are essential for this role, and experience of using databases is desirable, although training can be arranged.

This role is offered on a full time, full year contract with a salary of £22,000 per annum and may suit a new or recent graduate.
