Hours: Full time, 36 hours a week all year.

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £27,000 – £31,179 per annum pro-rata, depending on experience

Holiday: 30 days & Bank Holidays

Required: November 2022

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to play a key role within the Admissions team at Putney High School.

As Admissions Secretary you will be responsible for delivering an efficient and welcoming service to all stakeholders, most notably prospective parents and students and feeder schools.

The aim is to provide a professional and comprehensive admissions service and to ensure that all prospective families receive a positive impression of the school.

Working with the Registrar, the focus of this role is the 16 plus and Occasional Vacancy process, from open days, applications, and assessments to offers and the induction process to welcome in new students.

Outstanding IT skills, an enthusiasm for dealing with people and excellent administrative skills are key attributes.
