Admissions Registrar (Lower Years)

King’s Worcester is seeking to recruit a Registrar. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our hard-working and friendly Foundation Admissions Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the 11+ and 12+ entry admissions and application process to our Lower Years, from point of initial enquiry through to enrollment.

Working across all aspects of the Foundation’s admissions process and pipeline management, and alongside the Registrar for Middle Years and Sixth Form, the postholder will strive to optimise the conversion of enquiries from external applicants, as well as overseeing the smooth transition of Year Six pupils from our two Prep Schools, King’s Hawford and King’s St Alban’s.

We are looking for someone who has outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills, a warm and engaging personality with a genuine enthusiasm for meeting people, and an eye for detail. Applicants should be able to demonstrate previous experience in a customer-facing role in the service sector, preferably in sales.

The role is part-time, 30 hours per week, year-round.
