Admissions Officer

1 full time position for a September 2023 start (term time + 4 weeks may be considered for the right candidate).

A competitive salary depending on experience

The Prior’s Field Admissions Office offers a fast-paced, busy and dynamic working environment with a real buzz to each day, and where attention to detail, discretion and a great sense of team spirit are a must.

We are looking for an Admissions Officer to contribute to our continued success and growth of the school. You must be equally happy combining a front of house role which requires exemplary people skills and customer service, matched with highly accurate administrative delivery and strong IT competency. Enthusiasm, flexibility and strong organisational skills are essential and whilst experience working in a school would be beneficial, similar experience in administration, sales and events environments would also be of interest.

This role is full time, all year round with 6 weeks annual leave to be taken during the school holidays. In both cases, you will work 8 hours per day, with a 30 minute break for lunch.

Flexibility is required during busy weeks and time off in lieu in less busy times of the year will be given for any additional hours that may be required.

‘They mean what they say about nurturing talent’ Good Schools Guide Applications (by application form, CV and covering letter) are welcome as soon as possible and no later than midday on Tuesday 29 August 2023 with interviews scheduled to take place later that week. Early applications are strongly advised, as we may choose to interview prior to the deadline if a suitable field of candidates present and previous applicants need not re-apply.

Start date: Start of September.
