Halcyon London International School is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Admissions Manager for a minimum of 4 days a week (or full-time) for a six-month contract:

Salary Range: £42,000 to £46,000 (depending on experience)

Start Date May to October 2023 (6 month contract)

Closing date 7th May 2023, with interviews planned for w/c 8th May 2023.

The successful candidate will work with the Admissions Director to provide a professional approach to all enquiries, applicants and their families. The post involves daily communication with academic staff, prospective families and staff from other schools. They will provide key administrative and customer service support and thus must work well under pressure; to have excellent organisational skills; to have both excellent written and spoken English; to demonstrate good use of initiative and be able to work independently and as part of a team. They will be a member of the School Admin Team, and will be responsible to the Admissions Director. Knowledge and experience of admissions within a school environment is essential. They will be leading and working in a collaborative, digitally­-focused environment and should hold a Bachelor’s degree, and or relevant professional qualifications. They must demonstrate compatibility with the Halcyon philosophy and a commitment to meet the demands of an innovative and expanding school. Halcyon’s programmes are delivered through the Google Suite for Education and Apple Apps, using Apple devices.
