Director of Strategic Marketing

St Paul’s Girls’ School (SPGS) is an extraordinary school. Not only does it regularly achieve the best GCSE and A- Level results in the country, but it has a truly distinctive ethos, focused on nurturing creativity, curiosity, and a love of academic discovery. Located in west London, SPGS is one of the country’s leading independent secondary day schools educating some 800 girls aged 11 to 18.

The High Mistress is seeking to appoint a dynamic and forward-thinking Director of Strategic Marketing to further the school’s strategic objectives and effectively communicate its’ values and vision to internal and external audiences.

Reporting to the High Mistress, this is a newly created senior role, and the post holder will provide outstanding strategic direction and inspiring leadership. The Director of Strategic Marketing will play a pivotal role in helping to deliver ambitious development, bursary and partnership targets and will work closely with the Director of Partnerships and the Director of Development. S/he will also have oversight of the school’s admissions strategy.

The successful applicant will be a strategic and experienced marketing professional, with extensive stakeholder management and influencing skills gained inside or outside the education sector. Enthusiasm, creativity and a proactive approach are fundamental to this role.
