We are looking for a talented and dedicated data professional to join Wycombe Abbey’s Development and Seniors office as the Development and Alumnae Relations Database Officer.

The Development and Seniors office is responsible for engaging a wide range of stakeholders to support the strategic direction of the School. The office fosters a culture of philanthropy and engagement within the wider Wycombe Abbey community.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to support the Development and Seniors Office at a time of growth. The successful candidate will have relevant experience, be dynamic and proactive, have high standards for their work and possess excellent written and interpersonal skills.

A bachelor’s degree with experience working in a similar role is highly desirable, in addition to experience of fundraising and/ or education development.

Hours of work: This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Admissions, this is a permanent role required 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks. The postholder will be entitled to 30 days of annual leave plus bank holidays. Admissions Officer

The Admissions Officer is responsible for the administration, organisation and smooth running of Admissions department of Rugby School.

The major focus of this job will be the management of Front of House, manging the Admissions calendars, general admissions enquiries, the arrangement of visit itineraries and Open Days for families interested in entry to the School. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and IT skills, a keen eye for detail, an ability to manage their time effectively, excellent interpersonal skills and be able to promote an outstanding customer experience. Previous experience of customer or student facing environments would be an advantage. This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (including some evening and weekend work).

Digital Content Officer

We are looking for a creative, dynamic and friendly individual to join our lively and forward thinking Admissions and Marketing Team to produce top quality, inspiring content for use across our digital channels. A true team player, the successful candidate will have the talent and imagination to help develop impactful digital communications for a variety of different audiences including delivering the School’s weekly e-newsletter, managing the website and generating video, photography, articles and other digital content to enhance the School’s external and internal communications. Able to work independently, the successful candidate will also be able to prioritise their work, meet deadlines and have well-developed time management skills.

The role is intended to be a full-time position (Monday to Friday 8.30 am – 4.30 pm with a one-hour unpaid lunch break), but flexible arrangements can be considered for the right candidate eg term time only plus a proportion of the school holiday period.

Communications Officer

Radley College are excited to share this unique opportunity to join our small, ambitious and high performing communications team.

The Communications Officer will lead on the communications of day-to-day activities, ensuring key messages are communicated with clarity in the most effective and innovative way. We are seeking a natural communicator with excellent writing skills and a strong understanding of social media platforms. Most importantly, the Communications Officer will be excited by sharing unique stories that captivate new audiences yet appeal to the people who know us best.

Alumni Engagement and Development Officer

Highfield and Brookham is looking to appoint a dynamic, hardworking and efficient Alumni Engagement and Development Officer.

This part-time role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy that includes alumni relations, special events and current parents at Highfield and Brookham. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in fundraising and event planning, as well as strong communication skills.

As part of the centenary celebrations in 2007, Highfield and Brookham created an award scheme offering funded school places for children who would draw exceptional benefit from joining the school, perhaps as a result of less than optimal family or educational circumstances. The aim of the Centenary Bursaries Fund is to widen access to children for whom a private-school education is likely to have the greatest impact on their academic and personal development and future life chances. To date 20 Centenary Bursaries have been awarded to hugely deserving children, children whose lives have been transformed because of the education they received from Highfield and Brookham. On average over the last five years, we have had eight Bursary holders in the school at an average annual cost to the Fund of £95,000.We aim to continue and even extend this level of support. This role will be pivotal to achieving the mid-term goal of reaching a Fund total of £2million. Highfield and Brookham enjoys an exceptionally strong relationship with their alumni often seeing many returning as members of staff, parents and even grandparents. This role will ensure the alumni programme continues to go from strength to strength.

This is a two-day a week job, working term-time only.
