Marketing & Communications Manager

We are looking to recruit an exceptional Marketing & Communications Manager with proven experience of working in marketing and communications, to join our school.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to work with key colleagues and lead on innovative, efficient and effective marketing strategies and to publicise and promote the ethos and successes of the College. The successful candidate will work with the Director of External Relations to design and implement a Marketing and Communications Strategy that engages parents, inspires students, and attracts teachers to this wonderful school. Prospective candidates should be willing to be involved with the wider life of a busy boarding and day school.

Working Hours:

Full-time (52 weeks)               37.5 hours per week

Monday to Friday                    08.30 to 17.00

A flexible attitude to working hours is necessary, however, as the post holder will be required to work additional hours, in the evenings or at the weekend, when the pressure of work necessitates it and for events such as open mornings or music, art and drama performances.

Senior Marketing and Communications Manager

Senior Marketing and Communications Manager

We are looking for a creative and dynamic individual to join LEH as a Senior Marketing and Communications Manager. Bringing energy and dynamism, the successful candidate will work with a small team that strives to deliver stand-out marketing and communications activity to set LEH apart and showcase the brilliant opportunities that our pupils experience every single day.

Reporting to the Director of Development and Communications, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of marketing activities, which includes photography, design, web development and content management, print media, advertising, PR, branded products and school documentation. This is an interesting and varied role and is a job for a team player, working in close liaison with alumnae, development, admissions, IT and school office staff.

Our ideal candidate will be extremely IT literate, have relevant marketing experience and be able to build effective relationships across the school and with external stakeholders.

This is an exceptional leadership opportunity for a new Head of Marketing, Admissions and Communications to support Bridewell during an exciting period of growth and development, based in a beautiful part of rural Surrey.

The ideal candidate will have overall responsibility for the Marketing and Admissions Team across both Bridewell Royal Hospital Schools, being King Edward’s Witley and Barrow Hills School. They will be an effective and experienced strategic marketer, with an extensive professional skill set, a demonstrable track record in strategic marketing, brand management and in leading successful teams – gained from within or outside the education sector. They will be able to demonstrate confidence, creativity and charisma to deliver strategic aims.

Group Director of Marketing and Communications

The Bradfield Group, incorporating Bradfield College, St Andrew’s School and Bradfield College Enterprises, is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing and Communications to lead strategic and operational marketing, communications and public relations and to take a key leadership role in helping to position the Group for future success and development.

Bradfield College has inspired generations of young people to make a difference to the world since 1850. Set in a stunning rural Berkshire location, Bradfield provides an outstanding day and boarding education to approximately 850 pupils, comprising 350 girls and 500 boys from 13 to 18 years of age. Reporting to the Headmaster of Bradfield College, the Group Director of Marketing and Communications will be a key member of the College’s Senior Leadership Group and assist in delivering the Bradfield Group’s strategic aims. The post holder will have overall responsibility for developing and delivering outstanding marketing, communication and public relation strategies as well as promoting and protecting the reputation of The Bradfield Group and enhancing communication with all internal and external stakeholders. Queenswood is seeking to appoint a Director of Communications and External Relations to lead the School’s marketing, admissions and development activities. Reporting to the Principal, and a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Director of External Relations will provide inspiring and strategic leadership of Queenswood’s external relations activities.

The successful applicant will be a key public face of the School. This is a high profile and exciting leadership position suited to a high calibre marketing professional who combines demonstrable leadership skills with an extensive marketing, admissions and communications background, perhaps encompassing an international aspect.

The post will most likely attract an experienced professional from the independent education sector.
