We are looking for a talented and dedicated data professional to join Wycombe Abbey’s Development and Seniors office as the Development and Alumnae Relations Database Officer.

The Development and Seniors office is responsible for engaging a wide range of stakeholders to support the strategic direction of the School. The office fosters a culture of philanthropy and engagement within the wider Wycombe Abbey community.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to support the Development and Seniors Office at a time of growth. The successful candidate will have relevant experience, be dynamic and proactive, have high standards for their work and possess excellent written and interpersonal skills.

A bachelor’s degree with experience working in a similar role is highly desirable, in addition to experience of fundraising and/ or education development.

Hours of work: This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

This is an exciting role, vital to the smooth running of our alumnae, the Old Queenswoodians’ Association. Our alumnae are an important part of the School’s past, present, and future, and in this role, you will be helping to enhance this link.

Working closely with the Director of External Relations your role will involve fundraising, event management, marketing, and administration. All of this will help us to achieve our school’s mission to inspire and empower young women to be the best they can be today and, in the future, and for them to make a positive impact in the world.

Alumnae Relations Assistant

Alumnae Relations Officer

If you offer digital marketing experience, social media skills, and the ability to form positive relationships with a variety of people, this position offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role supporting the alumnae relations programme of one of London’s leading independent girls’ day schools.

As the 150th anniversary of Notting Hill and Ealing High School approaches, this role will play an important part in our programme of celebration to raise funds to grow our bursary programme. Building relationships with alumnae is crucial to the success of the programme.

As Alumnae Relations Officer, you will support the development of the Notting Hill and Ealing High School alumnae relations programme through a variety of mediums, such as creating content for social media, newsletters, and the school website to increase engagement with alumnae, as well organise and attend social and networking events for alumnae.

You will use your excellent communication skills, whether in writing, telephone or in person, to develop relationships with alumnae and also be responsible for operational tasks, such as managing the alumnae database and updating alumnae relations web pages on the school website.

We are looking for a self-starter who is comfortable with a range of creative tasks, such as writing content for social media, newsletters, and the school website, as well as confident in social situations, such as networking events. High levels of attention to detail and accuracy are equally important.
This position offers flexible working, part time, 2 or 3 days per week, working from 8.30am – 4.30pm.

The salary for 3 days per week is £18,707 – £20,400 PA depending on experience.

The salary for 2 days per week is £12,471 – £13,600 PA depending on experience.

Alumnae and Events Officer

Digital Communications Marketing Alumni Officer

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced person in digital communications, who can create engaging and relevant digital content for the School and analyse the success of this content according to performance indicators.

Digital Marketing and Alumnae Administrator

The Maynard School is seeking to appoint a creative and dynamic Digital Marketing & Alumnae Assistant to join us in May 2021. The successful applicant will report to the Marketing & Communications Manager and be expected to work within a dynamic and exceptionally busy Marketing and Admissions Department.

This is a varied role and would suit experienced candidates, or those looking to take their next step up in developing their marketing career.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of executing successful advertising and social media campaigns as well as event management experience.
