Multi-award winning entrepreneur and consumer insight expert Kate Hardcastle MBE will deliver the opening keynote address at this year’s conference. Kate is one of FIVE keynote speakers who will feature alongside a total of 19 break-out sessions including three discussion panels.

The AMCIS Annual Conference brings together delegates from across the UK to share experiences, to learn and be inspired by keynote speakers, case studies, discussion panels and industry insight presentations. There is also a gala dinner on the Monday evening followed by the AMCIS IMPACT Awards ceremony. You can take advantage of an early bird discount if you register by 15 March 2024.

Award-winning entrepreneur Kate Hardcastle MBE – aka The Customer Whisperer – is a multi-award-winning international consumer expert, broadcaster and commentator. A highly respected and successful international business consultant, Kate has over 20 years industry experience in the consumer and retail space. Her expertise coupled with her straight talking style sees her appear on television and in the press internationally almost daily, covering consumer issues, retail outlook, innovation, news and customer and economic insight.

Geoffrey Stanford has been Head of Royal Grammar School, Newcastle since 2019, following two years as Head of Fettes College. A former Grenadier Guard, Geoffrey is also an experienced investment banker and strategic consultant, having worked with Citigroup Corporate Investment Bank and the Boston Consulting Group prior to entering the teaching profession in 2006.
