Digital Marketing Officer

Exeter School is the leading co-educational day school in the Southwest, educating over 1,000 pupils aged 3-18. We are looking to appoint a Digital Marketing Officer to join our happy and flourishing school. This post is immediately available.

You will be required to facilitate the delivery of effective and impactful business communications and activities through a range of online channels, working closely with staff from other departments. The role will support the marketing department in raising the visibility of the school by communicating the achievements and successes of staff and pupils. You may have held an account management role in the past and are looking for a new challenge and change of environment.

This is a permanent post, 37 hours p/wk (Monday to Friday), either during term time plus 10 days in non-term time or all year round (both options will be considered for the right candidate). The role will attract a salary of £25,000 (pro-rata £22,538 for term time only) reviewed annually each September. Marketing and Communications Officer

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established Marketing and Admissions Office pivotal to our school in ensuring that annual pupil recruitment targets are met. The Marketing and Communications Officer is required to support the digital communications and marketing strategy through their high level digital skills, a love of photography and ability to create film and video for our marketing channels. Marketing Manager

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and committed Marketing Manager to join our busy Admissions and Marketing Department working across our pre-prep, junior and senior schools. In this role you will get involved in all our marketing and communications activity from planning multi-channel comms and marketing plans, copywriting, promoting the pupil voice, to social media and website content. Day-to-day you will be our in-house expert on the website CMS and will be writing content for marketing emails, newsletters, and social media. Experience of graphic design and using InDesign would be an advantage. You will use analytics to see how your campaigns are working and will be our brand guardian alongside the Director of Admissions and Marketing. Salary will reflect your experience.

Admissions Registrar

The Maynard School in Exeter is an outstanding independent day school for girls and has approximately 470 pupils on roll from aged 4 to 18 years. About 10-15 of these students are from overseas on a Child Student Visa and live with host families.

Head of International Admissions

We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of International Admissions to manage all matters relating to overseas recruitment of boarding pupils. The candidate will work closely with the Head, Head of Marketing and Admissions and the Registrar on developing international boarding at Shebbear College.
This is a full-time role and flexibility will be required to fulfil the demands of the overseas time zones. International travel will be essential.
Shebbear College is a small independent day and boarding school of around 300 pupils, for boys and girls aged from 4 – 18. Admissions and Marketing Officer (Maternity Cover)

St Peter’s Preparatory School is one of the most successful and forward-looking independent preparatory schools in the South West, awarded Excellent in all categories in the most recent ISI Inspection (March 2020). The School sits on a beautiful rural site in East Devon surrounded by fields, benefitting from its proximity to the beach and open countryside.

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Admissions and Marketing Officer to cover a period of maternity leave for up to one year. The successful candidate will be positive and proactive with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with parents, pupils and staff in a positive, polite and professional manner.

This role is part of a small and busy team providing support across the areas of admissions, marketing and HR to the School and affiliated nurseries. As such, we are seeking someone who works effectively within a team but who is also confident working independently.

The annual salary is £24,224 including six weeks’ paid holiday entitlement. Candidates should be prepared to work Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00 including school holidays.
