Marketing and Admissions Officer

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and experienced marketing professional to join the Kingswood Admissions and Marketing team. The role will include events management, database administration, copywriting, press release leadership and management of event materials.

If you have experience in executing events with the ability to create engaging copy on a range of subjects and to drive broader awareness through our press release and profile work, we would love to hear from you!

Whilst experience is important, we will support you with professional development and coaching on how to develop your story telling, creative and marketing skills, with significant scope for role development.  The working pattern is a 30 hour week during term time plus 6 weeks in the holidays. A salary of up to £30,000 FTE is offered, equating to a salary in the region of £25,000 actual salary, dependent on qualifications, skills and experience.

Admissions Manager

Kingswood is looking to appoint an enthusiastic admissions professional to join the Kingswood Admissions and Marketing team.

You will be acting as the first point of contact for families seeking to join the Kingswood Senior School community, this important role will include, but not be limited to events management, database administration, data reporting and supporting families.

Based at the Kingswood Senior School, you will report into the Director of Admissions and Marketing, and work closely with the Lower School Registrar and Admissions Officers.

This is a permanent role, working 8.30-5pm (including 30 minutes lunch), full time, although flexible working requests will be considered. It is expected that some weekend and evening work will be required as an integral part of the role particularly during the Autumn term; representing the school at internal and external events will be a key part of the role, and there may be future opportunities for international travel.

A competitive salary is offered, in the region of £35,000. This is dependent on qualifications, skills and experience.

Digital Content Assistant

Director of Admissions, Marketing & Communications

We are looking to appoint a Director of Admissions, Marketing and Communications who will provide inspiring and strategic leadership for the next phase of the School’s development. This is an exciting opportunity to take overall responsibility for developing and delivering outstanding admissions, marketing and communication strategies together with building and maintaining excellent relationships, globally, with all key stakeholders.
Applicants must have a clear appreciation of the Kingswood ethos. There is a uniqueness to the School and the post holder must be able to communicate the essence of what it means to be part of this special community to a wide audience.
This post will most likely be suited to an experienced professional from the independent education sector, who combines demonstrable team management and leadership skills with an extensive marketing and/or an international recruitment background. Alternatively the role might suit an exceptional individual with commercial experience gained outside the sector with an instinctive feel for the School’s customers and their needs, bringing with them the qualities and skills to undertake this complex and exciting job.
